Es Racó de Celia y Miquel

They wanted a design house and at the same time very functional. As we always do in Racons, our main task was to know them in depth, see how they lived and gradually discover their needs and tastes. From there, the design of the house was emerging, and we adapted each space both to the image they wanted and to the real needs of each family member. We started from clear requirements: keep the dry stone wall that separates your site from a wonderful almond tree field, create a house with a modern and minimalist design but at the same time very cozy, do not forget the Mediterranean touch and think that every activity that It will be done in the house should be based on the orientation of the sun to ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency. The house opens to the south, with a large porch that looks towards the almond tree field. The day zone and the night zone are separated. The living room - dining room - kitchen share a single space with views of the garden during the day and in the afternoon views towards the olive grove that frames a beautiful sunset. The result of combining the minimalist design with Mediterranean touches has given the home a spectacular warmth. We love it!
