Francesca and Kiko bought a small but charming house. The problem is that it had the same materials and furniture as when it was built and urgently needed a modernization. That is why we began to design each space in a unique way, choosing very current materials and styles that would give it a new look, maintaining the charm of the existing home.
First of all we distribute the kitchen and dining room so that we greatly improve the functionality of the house and gain storage space, very important in this type of housing. Regarding the materials we opted for light colors that allowed to give breadth and highlight the lemon tree in the patio.
In the bathrooms we opt for a very modern design, giving a touch of color with pastel-colored tiles and designer furniture. It has been spectacular, a modern house and above all very cozy.
